Company sells over 1,000 Sister Jean bobbleheads in a day
Sister Jean bobbleheads are a hot seller as Loyola’s NCAA Tournament dream continues on.
On Friday, the school announced that they are taking preorders for bobbleheads of the prominent team chaplain, produced by the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame.
In just one day, the company took 1,000 preorders, leading CEO Phil Sklar to wonder if they could beat the company record of 3,000 bobbleheads for a Clemson national title.
“I don’t know if this can beat that, but obviously if they continue to win, the interest in her will continue,” Sklar said, via ESPN’s Darren Rovell.
This isn’t the first time the Ramblers have offered Sister Jean bobbleheads. There were giveaways in both 2011 and 2015, but obviously, national interest then wasn’t what it is now.
There are a lot of reasons Sister Jean has become a cult hero. It’s no surprise her bobblehead would be a top seller.
