Alabama WR DeVonta Smith has left arm in sling due to injury
DeVonta Smith’s injury status will be something to watch ahead of Alabama’s big game at LSU in two weeks.
Smith caught four passes for 67 yards in Bama’s game against Arkansas on Saturday. He appeared to hurt his left arm/shoulder in the first half:

Smith’s injury was significant enough to the point that he was shown on the sideline in street clothes in the second half. His left arm was in a sling.

The junior wide receiver entered the game with 39 catches for 654 yards and nine touchdowns. He and Jerry Jeudy are the Tide’s top two receiving options.
Bama will want to have everyone available for their game against LSU, so this injury is significant. Add it on top of Tua Tagovailoa’s ankle injury, and Bama has some concerns ahead of the Nov. 9 clash.
