Central Michigan had a brilliant bowl reveal for its players that culminated with an uproarious celebration.
The Chippewas learned on Sunday that they are bound for the first ever Popeyes Bahamas Bowl, where they will play Western Michigan. But the way the team found out about the bowl was fantastic.
The program’s staff gathered the players in a room and showed six potential bowls on a screen. They narrowed it down to Detroit and the Bahamas, all while playing the Jeopardy! theme to add to the suspense. When the players found out they were getting a winter break trip to the Bahamas, they went nuts!
