Denard Robinson is expected to be a strong Heisman Trophy candidate heading into the upcoming college football season. Last year, Robinson burst onto the scene and showcased his playmaking ability to the world, rushing for over 100 yards in nine games including over 200 in two of them. Michigan began the season as one of the hottest teams in the country but Robinson’s name fell out of the Heisman discussion when the Wolverines began struggling.
