USC sent sophomore defensive end Don Hill home from Texas ahead of Saturday’s game between the Trojans and Alabama after his name came up in an investigation regarding an alleged rape involving one of his teammates.
USC sophomore linebacker Osa Masina is being investigated for allegedly raping the same woman twice in two separate incidents in different states in July. Hill was mentioned in the police report for the first alleged incident, which is said to have occurred at Hill’s home.
USC officially said that Hill was sent home for a violation of team rules. Hill recorded seven tackles in three games as a freshman last season.
