Report: Andrew Luck playing through ‘multiple’ fractured ribs
We knew that Andrew Luck has dealt with a shoulder injury, but a new report says he’s dealing with more than that.
According to FOX’s Jay Glazer, Luck has been playing through multiple fractured ribs since week three.

According to Glazer, the rib injuries happened during the same week as the shoulder injury did. He missed two games, citing the shoulder, but has struggled mightily since returning. This may provide some reason as to why.
The Colts have not reported any sort of rib injury for the purposes of the NFL injury report. In fact, according to Jason La Canfora, this is the first they’ve heard of it.

Interestingly, this isn’t the first we’ve heard about a potential rib injury to Luck. ESPN’s Tim Hasselbeck speculated that this was the case several weeks back.
Playing through the injury doesn’t seem to be doing Luck or the Colts much good, but we’ll wait to hear more about this.
