The Pittsburgh Steelers are facing a must-win situation on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals, and it sounds like there is a real chance they may have to play without their best offensive playmaker.
Antonio Brown has been dealing with a knee injury this week, and ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that he will test the knee in warmups to determine if he can play.
Steelers’ WR Antonio Brown is going to test out his knee in pre-game warm ups this morning to determine whether he can play today vs. Bengals.

Brown missed practice on Wednesday with what was labeled a coach’s decision, but he then sat out again on Thursday and Friday with a sore knee. Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said the All-Pro receiver was having tests done to determine the severity of the injury, so it’s at least a positive sign that Brown has a chance to play after undergoing said tests.
In order for them to make the playoffs, the Steelers need to beat the Bengals and have the Cleveland Browns beat the Ravens in Baltimore. They should be able to take care of Cincy with or without Brown, but they’re clearly a better team when he’s on the field.
