Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott did not seem to be interested in talking about the Kelvin Benjamin-Cam Newton confrontation.
Prior to Thursday’s preseason game between the Bills and Carolina Panthers, Newton came over to confront Benjamin over the wide receiver’s comments about his former quarterback. Benjamin did not seem interested in discussing his criticism of Newton with the QB, making for an awkward scene.
Asked about it on Friday, McDermott tried to dismiss the topic.

McDermott was more interested in how Benjamin played in the preseason game, which was well. He had 4 catches for 49 yards and a touchdown.
