Bob McNair reportedly meets with Texans, who may still demonstrate
Houston Texans owner Bob McNair is trying to smooth things over with his team, but it may not be enough to avoid a public demonstration on Sunday.
Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk reported that McNair met with Texans players on Saturday morning, and the entire team was present and accounted for. It is unclear what was said to the players in light of his comments at league meetings.
One Texans player, however, told ESPN’s Josina Anderson that a team demonstration was still possible.
The #Texans offensive starter told me early this morning as well, "we will meet as a team tonight to discuss a demonstration tomorrow."

One prominent player skipped Friday’s practice in protest of McNair’s comments. It would make sense that the players want to take some sort of stand together as a team, even if McNair apologizes personally.
