Report: Buccaneers being considered for HBO’s ‘Hard Knocks’
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are one of eight NFL teams eligible to be chosen for HBO’s “Hard Knocks” this summer, and there have been some indications that they may get the call.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter specifically mentioned the Bucs on Monday, noting that a decision could come before the NFL Draft later this month.

The Bucs have already told the NFL they will cooperate if they are chosen, but they would like to know sooner rather than later.
Teams that have not made the playoffs in the past two seasons, do not have a new head coach, and have not appeared on the show in a decade are candidates for selection for the HBO program that follows teams around for training camp. Other teams eligible to appear on “Hard Knocks” this year include the Bears, Browns, Colts, Eagles, Ravens, Saints and Titans.
