Darrell Bevell Wikipedia page defaced with ‘braindead’ comment
Fans can be ruthless with their Wikipedia updates sometimes, and Sunday was no exception.
Shortly after the Seattle Seahawks lost the Super Bowl on a pass play from the 1-yard line, an angry fan updated Darrell Bevell’s Wikipedia page to call him a “clinically braindead” coach for making the call.
Bevell is the team’s offensive coordinator and calls their offensive plays, so despite Pete Carroll taking the blame for the call, many people believe it was Bevell who called for the pass. Calling someone “braindead” is an awful thing to say no matter how much you disagree with a call.
And you ready for something else that might blow your mind?
Marshawn Lynch had 5 previous runs from the 1 this season and had scored only one touchdown.

Bevell probably knew that.
We’ve seen a lot of sports figures get funny edits to their Wikipedia pages, but this certainly was not one of them.
