Darren McFadden still can’t straighten his right arm all the way
The broken right elbow that Dallas Cowboys running back Darren McFadden suffered in the offseason is continuing to give him some serious problems.
Speaking with the media on Monday, McFadden said that he still can’t straighten his right arm all the way and that it’s “up in the air” if he’ll ever be able to again, per Brandon George of the Dallas Morning News.

McFadden, 29, sustained the injury in a home accident over Memorial Day weekend, reportedly from trying to prevent his iPhone from hitting the ground (though McFadden would later refute those claims).
The Arkansas product has been receiving some trade interest lately but is currently on the reserve-NFI list, which will force him to miss the first six games of the season. That may make McFadden difficult to move (if Dallas even wants to), especially given this latest development regarding his health.
