Dez Bryant looking forward to getting Saints Super Bowl ring
Dez Bryant did not play in an NFL game this season, so it’s easy to forget that he actually is part of a team. And he is holding strong allegiances to them.
Bryant was tweeting on Sunday about the New Orleans Saints’ playoff game against the Philadelphia Eagles. He kept talking about the Super Bowl ring he would get when they win it all.
I’ll still get a ring whenever the saints win the super bowl … I planned to get healthy then help them go back to back and I caught it… tune in and watch the saints work today https://t.co/0VjCvVqA4Z

I did absolutely nothing and I’m still going to get my ring..man I’m not hurt I’ve been over that..can you tell…I’m going to support Dallas because I love the guys in the locker room.. I’m going to support the saints because they gave me a chance and want me back on the team https://t.co/pSpaORrXIJ

After being released by the Dallas Cowboys last offseason, Dez went several months unsigned despite having offers. He finally chose to sign with the Saints in November, but then he tore his Achilles’ tendon two days after signing.
Even though he was briefly part of the team, Bryant received love from their players and clearly still feels strong about them. He’s hoping they’ll bring him his first Super Bowl ring.
