Doug Baldwin says troublesome knee is finally pain-free
Good news for Seattle Seahawks fans — Doug Baldwin is finally starting to feel healthy.
Baldwin has been bothered most of the season by a knee injury. He dealt with knee problems during training camp, and then he suffered a partial MCL tear in his knee in Week 1, causing him to miss two games.
But Baldwin told ESPN 710 Radio in Seattle that he finally woke up last week feeling pain-free in his knee.
“I’ve been dealing with this for four months, and I forgot what it felt like to not have pain,” Baldwin said.
The veteran receiver has only played in seven games this season and has 23 catches for 275 yards. Having him healthy for Thursday’s huge make-or-break game against the Packers is a major plus for the team.
