The Philadelphia Eagles are off to a 2-0 start this season, but they are already adding pieces to their roster.
On Tuesday, the Eagles signed former Pro Bowl cornerback Kenny Moore III to a one-year deal worth up to $3 million. It is a practice squad deal for now, but he is expected to play safety and nickel corner when he is ready to be activated to the 53-man roster.

Moore spent his entire 9-year NFL career with the Indianapolis Colts, and he made the Pro Bowl in 2021. The veteran requested a trade in the offseason; the Colts weren’t able to find a suitor and proceeded to release the veteran.
In a related move, the Atlanta Falcons are “working” to sign cornerback Robert Longerbeam off the Eagles’ practice squad.

Moore played in 14 games for the Colts in 2025 with seven starts, and he had one interception.
It’s another interesting veteran addition for the Eagles. They also brought back fan-favorite tight end Zach Ertz after the injury to Dallas Goedert.
