Greg Olsen unlikely to return this season with foot injury
The Carolina Panthers had a very rough season, and look likely to have lost their star tight end to another season-ending foot injury.
Greg Olsen left Sunday’s game with a foot injury, and said after the game that he felt something pop. He characterized the injury, a ruptured plantar fascia, as probably season-ending.

Olsen has endured all sorts of foot injuries over the past two seasons, including one earlier this year. This risk was always there, and Olsen speaks as though he was well aware of it. It is a shame, but unfortunately, not an enormous surprise that it will cost him more time.
