The Detroit Lions may have lost Ndamukong Suh in free agency, but they are at least trying to fill his shoes.
The Baltimore Ravens confirmed they have traded Pro Bowl DT Haloti Ngata to the Lions.
Ngata, 31, is still one of the best defensive tackles in football, and it appears the Lions do not mind picking him up despite his $16 million cap charge for the upcoming season. Wilson says the Ravens traded Ngata after not being able to come to agreement on a restructured contract.
Ngata does come with one issue — he was suspended four games last season for his use of Adderall.
