Miami Dolphins punter Jake Bailey got engaged this week, and many people who saw the news were pondering the same question: Is his soon-to-be wife going to take his last name?
Bailey and his girlfriend Bailey Medeiros (yes, Bailey) announced via Instagram on Thursday that they are engaged.

That means Medeiros, a former New England Patriots cheerleader , could have a difficult decision to make. She can either keep her last name or become Bailey Bailey.

Jake Bailey was drafted by the Patriots in 2019 and was their punter for four seasons. That is how he connected with Medeiros. It probably was not long before Medeiros at least considered the possibility that she may one day become Bailey Bailey.
