Report: Jameis Winston in ‘no rush’ to sign with team
Jameis Winston remains available on the free agent market, and isn’t really being linked to any teams.
Perhaps because of this, Winston is willing to wait things out. According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media, the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback has spoken to teams, but is prepared to wait until after the NFL Draft to see if any teams who miss out on quarterbacks come calling.

Despite his obvious talent, Winston’s market is being weighed down by his decisionmaking. No teams are willing to offer a starting job to someone who threw 30 interceptions last year, and it sounds like even he expects to end up as a backup somewhere.
One possible problem? It doesn’t sound like a lot of coaching staffs are clamoring to work with Winston, which definitely isn’t helping his market.
