Jets S Jamal Adams wants Kliff Kingsbury as head coach
Jamal Adams made it very clear who he would like to be the next head coach of the New York Jets.
After finishing the season 4-12, the Jets fired Todd Bowles following the team’s 38-3 loss to the New England Patriots on Sunday. The Jets are starting to line up interviews, and one report said they would talk to USC offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury.
After hearing that news, Adams began following Kingsbury on social media.

He then doubled down on his choice for the position.

Kingsbury would likely face stiff competition if he did decide to put his name in the mix. Former Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy will reportedly interview for the job. Kingsbury could also have interest in the Arizona Cardinals.
Having drafted Sam Darnold last year, the Jets appear to be set at quarterback for the first time in recent memory. That makes the Jets job more attractive than it has been lately.
