Jon Ryan comes up short on ‘American Ninja Warrior’ (Video)

Seattle Seahawks punter Jon Ryan threw his name into the “American Ninja Warrior” competition this offseason, and his appearance aired on Monday night. He did about as well as you could expect.

Ryan, who is one of the more athletic punters in the league, made it through two obstacles before losing a battle with the tilting table. However, his dismount on the rope swing was extremely impressive.

Ryan’s obviously a great punter, but he has also cracked us up a few times with hilarious jokes on Twitter. Now that he has given “American Ninja Warrior” a go, I think we can officially say Ryan is a Jack of all trades.
