Bills running back LeSean McCoy was forced to exit Sunday’s 33-17 victory over the Miami Dolphins in the fourth quarter after suffering an apparent shoulder injury on a tackle by Ndamukong Suh.
After the game, the three-time Pro Bowler downplayed the seriousness of the injury, telling reporters that he “should be fine” for Thursday’s game against the Jets.

Buffalo head coach Rex Ryan also didn’t appear to be concerned, even saying that McCoy wanted to return to the game on Sunday.

NFL insider Adam Schefter of ESPN is reporting, however, that McCoy will “probably” need an MRI on the shoulder, but it could just be a precautionary measure given the short week.
In a short week with Thursday night game vs. Jets, Bills RB LeSean McCoy "probably" needs MRI on shoulder he injured today, per source.

Shady finished the afternoon with 112 rushing yards and a touchdown on 16 carries, while also adding two receptions for seven yards. Oh yeah, and not to mention that he pulled off this physics-defying run:
Speed. Burst. Acceleration. Moves.

After a slow start to the season, including missing multiple weeks with a hamstring injury, McCoy has begun to find his groove within the Bills offense. The former NFL rushing leader has already indicated his willingness to play through injuries in the past. But in a Week 10 matchup on short rest and at less than 100 percent against a Jets defense that ranks tops in the league against the run, McCoy could be dealing with a whole new animal come Thursday.
