Bogus Myles Garrett Seahawks trade rumor spreads online
A bogus rumor about Myles Garrett being traded to the Seattle Seahawks spread online Monday, leaving some fans confused.
The rumor started with a fan who goes by “EveryoneLovesNudez” on Reddit going on Seattle sports radio station KJR and saying Garrett was being traded to the Seahawks.

The fan who went on the radio previously broke a story about Justin Britt being cut by Seattle two weeks ago. He used the credibility established through that scoop to hoodwink everyone in Seattle about Garrett.
The rumor-starter later boasted on Reddit that he did it all as revenge for the Fail Mary, which gave the Seahawks a lucky win over the Packers in 2012.

Of course, if a trade sounds like b.s., it usually is, and that was the case here. Cleveland is actually working towards a huge extension for Garrett.
