
Phillip Lindsay may not play in the Denver Broncos’ Week 17 game against the Chargers on Sunday, but at least he’s getting a head start on his recovery.
Lindsay will undergo surgery on his wrist Friday. The recovery time is expected to be 3-4 months.

Lindsay became the first undrafted offensive rookie to make the Pro Bowl. The Colorado product rushed for 1,037 yards and nine touchdowns as he became the Broncos’ best weapon. Based on the recovery timeline, he shouldn’t have any issues being ready for training camp and the 2019 NFL season.
