Amazing radio call of Jayden Daniels’ Hail Mary goes viral
Jayden Daniels and the Washington Commanders treated football fans the most exciting moment of the NFL season on Sunday, and the radio call of the miraculous play made it even better.
The Commanders defeated the Chicago Bears 18-15 at Northwest Stadium in Landover, Md., after Daniels completed a Hail Mary touchdown pass to Noah Brown as time expired. Daniels ran around to buy time for about 15 seconds before launching a pass that traveled 60 yards through the air. The ball was tipped and caught by Brown for the walk-off win.
Jim Nantz had a great call during the CBS broadcast, but the legendary announcer could not match the enthusiasm of Commanders Radio Network voices Bram Weinstein and London Fletcher. Weinstein and Fletcher understandably went nuts over the play:

That call was right in line with how Dan Quinn and the Washington sideline reacted to the play.
The Bears appeared to have the game all but won. They might have even been able to prevent the touchdown had one of their players not been goofing off to the side when the ball was in play.
Washington improved to 6-2 with the improbable win. The Bears fell to 4-3.
