We have heard a lot about the football career of Randy Moss’ older son Thaddeus, but Randy also has a younger son who is getting a shot with an NFL team.
Montigo Moss, who played wide receiver at Maine, has accepted an invitation to attend the Minnesota Vikings’ rookie minicamp. This has a familiar feel for fans since Randy was drafted by the Vikings in 1998 and played with them through 2004.
Montigo had 61 catches for 722 yards and 7 touchdowns at Maine last season while receiving all-conference honors. He had 143 catches for 1,692 yards and 17 touchdowns over his Maine career.
Montigo is listed in his Maine Bears profile as being 6-foot-1 and 220 pounds.
