Those Microsoft Surfaces you see on the sidelines of NFL games are apparently prone to issue.
Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill was the latest to have his say on the tablets, saying that while they’ve worked alright overall, he’s had to call in tech support on more than one occasion.
“There have been a few issues this year that have come up, just having to go to the IT guys or whoever controls it,” Tannehill said, via Joe Schad of the Palm Beach Post. “And having to re-load it. Because it glitches or something. There have been a few issues with it, but overall it’s been good this year.”
Tannehill’s opinion is a bit more charitable than the one offered by an AFC East rival. Technology is technology. It will probably work until you need it most.
