Shedeur Sanders received another speeding ticket weeks before the one that was widely reported on Wednesday.

According to Alex Darus of cleveland.com, the Cleveland Browns quarterback was also pulled over for speeding less than two weeks before his first publicly-reported speeding ticket. Sanders was also pulled over for speeding by the Ohio State Highway Patrol in Medina, Oh., according to court records filed on June 6.

Further details on that traffic stop were not available. Sanders was fined $150 for speeding, but failed to appear at the scheduled June 16 arraignment, and additional court costs raised the fine to $249. The scheduled hearing came one day before Sanders received his second speeding ticket for going over 100 MPH.

A Browns spokesperson said Sanders is in the process of “taking care of” both tickets.

The repeated issues with speeding will likely be concerning to the Browns, who would have hoped for much more maturity from Sanders. That is especially true considering he fell to the fifth round of the NFL Draft and has some work to do to prove himself as an NFL starter. There were also some maturity concerns that arose as a result of how he handled his pre-draft process.

Sanders has drawn positive reviews initially from those who have watched him in camp, but this could certainly hurt his progress.
