Taco Charlton has quickly found a new home.
Charlton was waived by the Miami Dolphins on Thursday and has agreed to a one-year deal with the Kansas City Chiefs, Yahoo’s Terez Paylor reports.
The 25-year-old defensive lineman, was a first-round pick by the Dallas Cowboys out of Michigan in 2017. He only has 67 tackles in his career and nine career sacks — five came with Miami last year.
The Dolphins had some issues with Charlton’s attitude, but the Chiefs think things will work out. Kansas City also has Frank Clark and Alex Okafor at defensive end. Tanoh Kpassagnon and Breeland Speaks are also in their rotation at defensive end.
