Donovan McNabb and Terrell Owens never got along during their time playing together with the Philadelphia Eagles, and the former quarterback was not willing to put those differences aside when T.O. received the highest honor in football last week.
Owens was voted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Saturday, and the Class of 2018 includes two of McNabb’s former teammates. Not surprisingly, he only acknowledged one of them.
Congrats to the class of 2018 being inducted to the NFL’s HOF. Well deserve honor for all of the individuals. Especially for my brotha and friend @BrianDawkins. I was honored to be your teammate and brother. #20

T.O. didn’t have much to say about the blatant snub at first, but a number of his Twitter followers pointed it out. On Wednesday, he finally responded.
Honestly @pooka_scott, I don’t have a problem with it. At least he’s keeping it real now! Only if he would have kept it real 13 years ago. I’ll eat a bowl of chunky soup to this post. #McNasty https://t.co/DxsWrl1agG

Owens said several years ago that McNabb was always jealous of the way fans in Philly embraced the star wide receiver. He made similar comments as recently as last month, so it isn’t exactly a shock that McNabb chose to congratulate Dawkins and not T.O.
