Titus Young arrested for third time in a week, fought with police
Former Detroit Lions wide receiver Titus Young was arrested for the third time in less than a week, this time for fighting with police after allegedly being caught breaking into a home.
According to Josh Katzenstein of The Detroit News, Young was arrested around 11:30 p.m. Friday night for allegedly breaking into a home in San Clemente, Calif. Young allegedly fled the house on foot after police arrived and then fought with them after a brief pursuit.
Young was charged with assaulting a police officer, burglary, and resisting arrest. Katzenstein says the former Lions second-round pick was still in custody as of Sunday afternoon with bail set at $75,000.
I’ll spare you from recapping all the details about what a numbskull Young is, but just remember he was arrested twice in a 15-hour span last week. The first time was for suspicion of DUI, while the second was for trying to steal his impounded car out of the lot. He looks significantly angrier in this mug shot compared to his last two.
