Ward is only 32, so he still has a few years left in him if he wants them and can stay healthy. He’s primarily known for his exploits with the Denver Broncos, where he played three seasons and won Super Bowl 50. He was abruptly released after the 2016 season, signed on with Tampa Bay, and was dissatisfied with his playing time. He proceeded to take a year off, but given he’s taking workouts, he’s clearly serious about a return.
