The Los Angeles Rams seem well aware that they got away with one in Sunday’s NFC Championship game, and they don’t really care.
The latest evidence of that was Todd Gurley posting a photostopped image on Instagram depicting him swapping jerseys with a referee after their stunning 26-23 win over the New Orleans Saints.
The NFL will hate this, as it will only magnify just how badly the referees got it wrong late in regulation on a pivotal non-call. Even the Los Angeles player involved knew it, and Gurley seems well aware too. He just doesn’t care, and he’s more than happy to join in on the trolling despite not having much of a role in Sunday’s win.
