Todd Gurley is feeling very confident about the Los Angeles Rams’ chances of taking out the Seattle Seahawks.
After Thursday’s practice, Gurley rather boldly proclaimed that the Rams were definitely going to beat the Seahawks when the two teams square off Sunday.
“We’re going to get a win this week, for sure,” Gurley said, via Tevin Broner of Turf Show Times.
It’s worth noting that the Rams have an oddly solid record against Seattle. Last season, the Rams pulled off the season sweep against their division rivals.
Of course, this is an entirely different team and an entirely different scenario. Their season-opening performance was so awful that a franchise legend dubbed it “an embarrassment.” The team, and Gurley himself, will have to go up a level if they’re serious about backing up his bold prediction.
