Tom Brady busted for working out at park in Tampa
Not even Tom Brady is above the law during the time of social distancing.
Tampa’s mayor Jane Castor shared in a conversation that was aired on Monday that the new Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback was busted at a park. According to Castor, a Tampa Parks and Recreation employee was patrolling and saw a person in the park downtown even though the park was closed. The employee approached the man, who turned out to be Brady.
Mayor @JaneCastor on a @TomBrady sighting in Tampa:
"Our parks are closed down so a lot of our park staff patrol around…and saw an individual working out in one of our downtown parks. She went over to tell him it was closed. And it was Tom Brady." https://t.co/fASoW4tCpu pic.twitter.com/u2Sbaczdwz

Brady is a new resident in the area ever since signing with the Bucs in free agency last month. The quarterback’s efforts to train with his new team are being limited by social distancing rules in both society and the NFL. He’s currently living at Derek Jeter’s mansion.
