The hits kept on coming early for the Kansas City Chiefs in their AFC Divisional Round playoff game against the Houston Texans on Sunday — literally.
Tyreek Hill left with an injury late in the first quarter after being drilled on a hard hit by Texans safety Justin Reid.

The Chiefs were trying to convert a 3rd-and-10 on the play but Hill was unable to make the catch as he was hit hard. Kansas City ended up punting on the possession and trailed Houston 21-0 at that point.
Mistakes were the name of the game early for KC. They had one of their punts blocked and returned for a touchdown, and they muffed another to set up a Houston TD. It was a brutal start for the Chiefs, and the hard hit to Hill didn’t help.
