Terrell Owens wife Rachel Snider explains what is holding up divorce

Terrell Owens and his estranged wife Rachel Snider are trying to finalize their divorce, but a house that they own together is holding things up. Interestingly enough, the house is the same one that was featured on “Celebrity Wife Swap” and made to seem like the residence of Owens and a close female friend of his.

Snider called into “TMZ Hollywood Sports” this week and explained that the home, which is currently on the market, has put a snag in divorce proceedings.

“We’re trying to end it,” she said. “We’re waiting on the judge to grant the divorce, but really what’s delaying it is the house. Both of our names are on it. We’re both invested in it. It’s up for sale right now.”

What is perhaps more interesting is that Snider insists she has no idea who Terrell’s “Celebrity Wife Swap” friend Melissa is. The show’s description on ABC.com says Owens and Melissa live together “in a house where physical fitness and sports dominate their lifestyle.” The house shown was the one that T.O. and Snider own together.

“I’ve never heard of this woman. She does not live in my house,” Snider said. “He actually said in a deposition that no one lives in the house, so I’m not sure where that’s coming from. I don’t know her, she doesn’t live in my house and I am his current wife.”

Snider added that there is no chance she is going to patch things up with Owens, which was obvious given the explosive fight they had on Twitter recently.

The relationship between Snider and T.O. is as bizarre as it gets. The two got married in a secret ceremony early last year, and things fell apart in a hurry. They were separated just two weeks later, with Snider insisting Owens only married her for money. She was later hospitalized following a suicide attempt.

Hopefully that house doesn’t stay on the market too long. You can see Snider’s interview below:
