Justin Gaethje wants to fight winner of Tony Ferguson-Khabib next
Justin Gaethje is two fights ahead of the UFC.
Gaethje beat Donald Cerrone via TKO on Saturday night in Vancouver. After his win, the 30-year-old said he wanted the winner of Tony Ferguson-Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Ferguson-Khabib has not been scheduled yet, but Ferguson is eyeing December 14th at UFC 245 in Las Vegas as a date to face Khabib. The two were supposed to fight in 2017 but that was cancelled.
Gaethje says he is over the possibility of facing McGregor, whom he calls retired. The two were likely to fight until McGregor broke his hand, Ariel Helwani reports.
UFC tried to book McGregor vs. Gaethje earlier this summer. Both sides were into it, until McGregor broke his left hand.
That’s the fight to make. Early 2020.

Gaethje has now won three in a row since his back-to-back losses to Eddie Alvarez and Dustin Poirier.
