The road to the knockout stages will already be more difficult than expected for Brazil after a surprising draw with Switzerland on Sunday, and the outlook could get even worse if Neymar is unable to get healthy over the next several days.
On Tuesday, Neymar hobbled off the practice pitch after just 15 minutes. He was seen wincing in pain while taking part in team drills.

Brazil team doctor Rodrigo Lasmar said Neymar left practice after experiencing some soreness related to an injury he suffered against Switzerland. The Swiss played very physical with Neymar and fouled him 10 times in the match.
Neymar, whose new hairstyle created quite the buzz on social media in Brazil’s first match, is one of the biggest stars of the World Cup. It seems unlikely that he will miss Friday’s match against Costa Rica, but Brazil could be in trouble if he is forced to play through an injury.
