Oscar de la Hoya Admits to Lingerie Pics, Reportedly Paid $20 Mil in Hush Money
Oscar de la Hoya is out of rehab and apparently trying to cleanse his soul. He admitted in a recent interview with Univision that he cheated on his wife, though his qualifier was that it wasn’t on the Tiger Woods level. He also admitted that the infamous 2007 lingerie pics were him, as Alex pointed out to us in our Facebook group (make sure you join!). From the time the photos were released, de la Hoya denied they were him.
“Let me tell you, yes, yes, it was me (in those pictures),” De la Hoya said in the interview. “I am tired now of lying, of lying to the public and of lying to myself.”
It’s about time he admitted to them because everybody knew they were him all along. The juicy part is that the NY Post says Oscar paid model Milana Dravnel $20 million to keep quiet about the pictures. They also say she had to give back the heels, lingerie and fishnets from the session.
Paying $20 million to tell a woman to keep quiet on the pictures after they already got out? Man, maybe that’s why Bob Arum called him one of the stupidest people he’s met.
