Rob Gronkowski spikes puck at Worcester Sharks game (Video)
Rob Gronkowski continues to be a good sport despite the criticism he’s faced since being photographed and recorded dancing shirtless after his team’s Super Bowl loss. The stud Patriots tight end showed up at the Worcester Sharks AHL game Friday and spiked the puck before the game.
The event was arranged during the season when Gronk was fined for spiking the football after scoring a touchdown. The Sharks offered to pay his fine in exchange for him showing up at one of their games to spike the puck.
Gronk shattered the puck with his spike and said his ankle was coming along fine since surgery. He has now shown up for a Lakers-Celtics game and called into a radio show as a favor since being heavily criticized for his dancing. He remains an excellent sport.
