Tiger Woods, ex-girlfriend Kristin Smith reportedly in legal battle over NDA
Tiger Woods has done everything he can to return to the top of the golf world and rehabilitate his image off the course while he’s at it, but apparently he cannot avoid trouble with women altogether.
TMZ reports that Woods’ ex-girlfriend Kristin Smith, whom Tiger dated from 2015 to 2017, is seeking to have a non-disclosure agreement that she signed during the relationship invalidated. According to the report, Smith broke up with Woods last year when she believed he cheated on her, and Tiger paid her to sign an NDA to avoid another public cheating scandal. Now, Smith reportedly claims Woods has threatened to release embarrassing photos of her if she does not honor the agreement. Lawyers have since gotten involved.
When it was first revealed that Tiger was dating Smith, a gossip report indicated that Smith was not allowed to talk about the relationship publicly. Woods, as you know, was married to ex-wife Elin Nordegren from 2004-2010, and the two split after several women came forward and spoke about the affairs they had with the 14-time major champion.
Smith, a fashion stylist, was previously married to a former NFL player.
