Angel Reese is being mocked over her inane Caitlin Clark opinion.

Reese, who is a rookie in the WNBA for the Chicago Sky after spending her college career at LSU, believes that she is a big factor in increasing the popularity of women’s basketball. In fact, Reese said Monday that there is much more contributing to the increase in interest than just Clark.

“I’ll look back in 20 years and be like the reason why we’re watching women’s basketball is not just because of one person. It’s because of me, too. I want y’all to realize that,” Reese said to the media.

Many people laughed off that response and made it very clear that it’s Clark, not Reese, who is bringing in the fans.

Reese taunted Clark after LSU beat Iowa in the women’s NCAA national championship game two seasons ago. Then Reese was happy about a teammate knocking down Clark during Saturday’s WNBA game between the Sky and Indiana Fever.

Reese very clearly dislikes Clark, and the Chicago rookie overstates her impact on the popularity of the WNBA.
