Hassan Whiteside and Alex Len both had their evenings cut short on Monday as both were ejected late in the third quarter after getting involved in a scuffle.
Len looked to have fouled Whiteside during his dunk and the Heat big man came down with his right arm up around the head of Len afterward. Len, then, shoved Whiteside aside. Whitesdie responded by wrapping up Len’s legs and taking him down to the ground.
After an officials review, both players were assessed technical fouls and ejected for their roles in the confrontation.
