JR Smith took home first place in the NBA’s first annual fashion show over the weekend, but his finest moment came before the victory.
While Smith was standing on stage, Carrie Keagan — a TV personality who was hosting the event — asked him if he was nervous. Without skipping a beat, Smith took the question as an opportunity to hit on Rachel Hilbert, the model who was standing next to him.
“Ahh, I like her,” he said with a smirk.
Keagan then took things a step further, asking Smith if he planned on taking Hilbert home as a “consolation prize.”
“Whoa. Being that my mom is watching, I’m gonna say no,” he said. “But we’ll discuss that later.”
Smith wasn’t the only one feeling frisky. Cameras also caught TNT’s Kenny Smith blatantly scoping out Keagan at one point.

For winning the NBA All-Star All-Style fashion show, Smith took home a diamond bow tie. Here’s the outfit he wore that everyone is talking about:

Smith has said some dumb things in the past, but he was pretty much baited into that one. You almost can’t blame him.
