
Mike Brown doesn’t quite fancy himself a Big Baller.
Before his Golden State Warriors beat the Utah Jazz in Game 2 of their second-round series on Thursday, Brown, who is acting as head coach of the team in Steve Kerr’s absence, was asked if he would buy his kids a $500 pair of sneakers from a guy who had yet to play in the NBA, obviously in reference to Lonzo Ball’s $495 signature shoe. Brown’s reaction was the stuff of legend:

That probably sums up the way all of us are feeling about that ludicrous price tag. The Internet definitely agreed with Brown, but if there’s one thing you almost have to give the Ball family credit for, it’s that everybody and their brother is talking about the sneaker and Big Baller Brand right now.
