Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr will remain with the organization after agreeing a new contract, according to a report.
Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reported that Kerr is nearing a deal that will make him one of the NBA’s highest-paid coaches.

While no figures were readily available, one can expect, given his three titles, Kerr will be compensated handsomely. His previous deal had been set to expire after the 2018-19 season.
Kerr had long been optimistic about working out a new deal, saying during the season that the two sides had agreed to mutually put it off until the offseason. The expectation was that once the two sides sat down and talked, an extension would come together quickly, and that appears to be exactly what has happened.
