Tyson Fury makes big accusation after losing to Oleksandr Usyk
Tyson Fury made a big accusation after losing to Oleksandr Usyk in their heavyweight fight at Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Saturday.
Usyk won the fight via split decision. Two judges scored the fight in favor of Usyk (115-112 and 114-113) while another judge scored it in favor of Fury (114-113).
Fury was not happy about the result, as you could imagine. He even accused the judges of being biased in favor of Usyk out of charity to the Ukranian because his country is at war with Russia.
“I believe I won that fight. I believe he won a few of the rounds, but I won a majority of them,” Fury said after the fight. “His country’s at war, so people are siding for the country at war. But make no mistake: I won that fight in my opinion.”

Though Fury makes a persuasive case, don’t forget that Usyk inflicted plenty of damage in the fight.

That was Fury’s first career defeat, while Usyk remains unbeaten. Fury says he has a rematch clause. If he chooses to exercise it, that fight will be highly anticipated.
