Syracuse forward Oshae Brissett took a nasty fall in Wednesday’s play-in game against Arizona State, but he remained in the game.
Brissett was driving towards the basket and went up for a shot in the first half when he went airborne and was upended. Brissett landed hard on the floor and was down in pain.

The freshman received some medical attention and rested on the bench for a moment during a break, but he returned to the game without missing any time, though he did miss both of his free throws.
Syracuse later said that he had a bruised back.
Brissett is one of Syracuse’s best and most important players. He averages a whopping 38 minutes per game, just behind two of his teammates.
