
Those watching and attending Auburn’s game against Tulane on Saturday noticed one major thing missing: the time of the game.
Auburn’s clock inside Jordan-Hare Stadium was broken, so there was no time shown inside the stadium or to viewers watching on TV. Here’s what it looked like:

The game time was being kept by referees on the field while the clock wasn’t working.
The game went without a working clock in the stadium through the first quarter and into the first few minutes of the second quarter before it was resolved. You wonder how this sort of thing happens on a game day, but it does.
